Apparently there is a small skeptics group that meets in Holland, calling itself Skeptics in the Pub. From the article, it seems that most of the attendees are young people who had some simple questions about certain things and never got good answers from their parents and pastors. From there, they likely drifted away until they just didn't see the point anymore. Not that that would describe all of the young skeptics but I'd dare say it would work for more than a couple.
Whatever the case, they represent a significant group of people that the Church should actively be engaging.
